APES process for your transferee

Our goal at APES is to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations by ensuring a satisfying moving experience on every move. Once notified of your transferee’s move, your dedicated move coordinator will:

• Track and manage the move
• Provide timely communication with your employee’s family
• Explain the moving process and answer all questions
• Ensure your employee receives an Allied Pickfords information package
• Provide the transferee with contact numbers for 24/7 service
• Contact the Origin Agent to ensure all services have been arranged and confirmed
• Check with the transferee on the day of delivery to ensure the move is proceeding smoothly
• Contact your employee within five working days after completion of the move to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Provide a detailed account report on a regular basis summarizing your corporate relocations
